Three things worth knowing before a tender

They apply to websites, systems, apps, brand and design work from the last two years.

01

One in seven tenders fails.

Most often nobody bids or the cheapest offer is over budget. Usually the budget was set without checking prices and bidders had too little time.

Why tenders fail →
02

Almost half of tenders end with a single offer.

Then it is hard to tell whether the price is fair, because there is nothing to compare it with. A longer deadline and a clear scope help.

03

7 in 10 tenders go to the cheapest offer.

Teams differ more than prices do. Where buyers also scored the idea and the people's experience, there was a real choice.
